The Benchmark Group Construction Vendor Information

The Bidder is asked to furnish the information called for by this form which will be used in determining whether the Bidder has the technical and financial ability and resources to meet the requirements of the Contract. The Benchmark Group will, treat the information as confidential, except that parts of it may be discussed with persons and firms referenced by the Bidder. If the Bidder is a joint venture, each joint venturer should prepare and submit a separate set of these forms. The forms should be signed by the person signing the Bid Proposal.
